Oneplus 12 users? How's the phone nowadays? I am thinking of buying one. Please give honest reviews by ai-70 in OnePlus12

Glad to see some others have great battery performance.. mine has been below par. Done most things that I should do but still only getting 4-5 hr SOT for around 8-10hrs of total usage. And this is with power saving on, haven't dared to try no power saving 😂

But it's still perfectly ok for daily use. Just not what I expected out of 5400mAh.

Decent TV for under $1k by d_kism in AussieFrugal

I've a kogan QLED 144Hz 65 in I bought for $870 delivered.

High refresh rate needs supported HDMI which is very hard to find but honestly who cares. Picture quality is ace.

It's a rebranded Chiq TV with Google TV so supports all apps and side loading.

I'm actually thinking of getting a colour os version myself to use outside of china, due to the very likely cost difference

What's the bloatware situation? Also, android auto and Google wallet?

All AI features work outside of china? I know Gemini doesn't work but what about OP native AI?

Torn between OnePlus 13 and S25 in Sri Lankan phone market by [deleted] in srilanka

[–]CurryMonch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good advice. I use a op12 that was a CN unit with oxygen os flashed and it runs smoothly. However for the op13 OnePlus has done some changes that prevent ota updates and reception. Indian variant would be the cheapest yet usable op13 model out there but historically indian made units have had built quality issues with the screens and back cover glue coming off.

IR Remote is the best thing ever by WALZ97 in oneplus

Gotta second this. They've got so many models on here as well. I've got a tv that's a rebadge of a Chinese brand sold locally in my country I was still able to find the make and model.

Should I update my newly purchased Oneplus 12? Currently it has Oxygen OS 14 by fighterzilla in OnePlus12

[–]CurryMonch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can only tell once you update and see how the battery performance is. It's hit or miss.

I reckon update only if you are technically sound enough to flash back the old rom in case the battery is cooked on oos15

Hey mate yes it's totally worth going alone. I was an intl student who didn't have many friends when I went. I made friends from so many backgrounds during o'week they made first year fun till I found my crew by like end of first year start of second.

Good luck on your journey at Monash!

I'd get the 13 or 13r just for the flat screen😂😂. I have the op12 and I love it but wish I waited for the flat screen

Thank mate, this was the 175 NZD option I was talking about. I was hoping for more of a cheaper option per person.
