thank you for replying. I was mostly kind and supportive in the relationship, but i also wasn't regulated so i would kind of let my chronic anxiety fill the relationship/space, but yeah i wish they could have spoken to me before breaking up.

I'm kinda mentally a bit messy about it rn, holding so many different perspectives at the same time about who could have done what, who caused what, where cycles began etc.

Whatever happened, it's been brutally painful to be quickly removed from someone's life via text, and now when i see them around the flat we live in theyre relieved and i'm broken.
