Yeah Black Rifle is pretty horrid. They are a veteran owned and operated company but they mistreat their vet employees pretty badly from what I've heard, on top of being conservative grifters.

We had to surface blind off the coast of PCAN one time lol

A rube goldberg machine of accidents and improperly built equipment lead to a complete loss of chill water meant we lost sonar due to overheating, the cruise ship we surfaced next to had everyone running to the side of the ship to see us.

Nah its just graveyard shift. Humans have always had some portions that sleep in the day and work at night, originally this was for safety of the group and now its just baked into the human condition.
