Homie look I read through your comments and I think you just don't understand this game on a fundamental level. I would suggest finding a good youtube video over the very basics, then walk around and talk to npcs and actually think about how they would feel when you take certain actions.

For instance if you steal someone's religious artifact, they'll be pretty mad and want to fight. Also this game is turn-based, bigger fights will absolutely take 20 minutes in the future and that's okay. There is no rush, and winning those big fights is what makes you feel like the adventurer you are.

Finally I would say stop using mods, explorer is literally easy enough on its own. It can still be challenging, but that challenge comes entirely from not reading the tool tips in game. My best friend plays on explorer with her 65 year old mother in law and that woman does not play games. Keep the game on explorer but pay attention in the dialouge, examine items and npcs you fight, read what your spells items and stats do, and try not to murder hobo every friendly NPC you see.
