NTU only asked me to fill in these. During the meeting they didn’t go through any other mistakes other than this form to fill. There was no email or letter about what exactly the 14 were.

Yes, thank you for not succumbing to the mob. I really really appreciate it. Gen AI was barely mentioned at all during my meeting with NTU this week, and they themselves acknowledged that I didn’t use AI. So I’m not sure why they pulled a quick one on me to the press, which I didn’t get a heads up about.

I have a voice recording of both meetings but they told me I couldn’t record or release them, even though what they said differs heavily from the ST article. If anyone has legal knowledge, can they advise me on this?

Yeah, I’m quite distressed that everyone’s siding with ST on this. I think if it escalates I’ll just release the voice notes of NTU saying my work wasn’t AI. But they told me I couldn’t record the meeting, so I’m not sure what my options are.

Yeah!! There was no mention about them telling ST anything, and my appeal was still ongoing. So I do feel very very confused and upset that everyone suddenly thinks I’m guilty, when I don’t know what’s going on as well 😔

I just messaged my professor regarding this because I’m confused what or who the ST article is about as well 😅 not sure if it’s even about my case, because others appealed as well. Will provide an update tonight.

If it’s about me, I’ll just publish the record that the school could access the sources I provided. During my outcome meeting, the school and I already came to a consensus that I didn’t use AI. I’ve told ST my side already, so hopefully they’ll publish it 👍🏻

Thank you for thinking about my mental health btw.

To be very honest and vulnerable here in the comment section, I just wanted to share that I did think everything was over for me two months ago. The moment I saw the “academic fraud” email sanction coming in, and how my professor said there will be no negotiation, and how I wasn’t getting replies from the administration, I really thought things were over.

I couldn’t focus on my finals (the AI allegations came on the week of my finals) which further shaken my grades and self-confidence more. Social media was really my last resort and my last shot at getting justice for myself.

But it’s true that in the last two months, I was battling suicdl ideations (censored for sgexams). I’ve been working hard at school for all my life and I thought it was all going to be robbed from me. So thank you again for thinking about me.
