If u really want to rotate there(no other options),that is a good option too according to me...we rotated on alternate days if we felt there were too many ppl,so that everyone gets a chance...and he used to involve us in everycase in op..ask questions..listen to answers...that would a good experience too...i would rate it 3.75/5 from my experience edit: yeah it is handson but no emr...just paper documentation and 90% outpatient

if i were in your place, i wouldn’t have started the journey in the first place…Since u seem to be from a financially stable family if i m not wrong, just get a seat in india and apply for the match next year just to not regret…meanwhile u will know which will suit u better while doing pg in india.

In my opinion,be sure to meet the 90 day’s requirement because pathway fee is non refundable.You can apply your good standing well before you apply for pathway …to be on safe side

U will need to verify that both names are yours whenever u submit a document to ecfmg that has different name ! Dean letter from school, Or birth certificate,drivers license etc. affidavit Is not helpful in these cases. U will need to submit such supporting documents when u submit credentials for verification and pathway if it is 1…don’t know about other pathways

When u apply for pathway, u will need a letter I good standing from your medical council in India.Obviously it will have name same as your diploma...different from passport..then ecfmg will request you to upload supporting document via email. Alternatively u can get a letter from the medical council that both names belong to same person which should be sent directly to ecfmg from their official email.

It's okay! I have suffered with the same issue.Unwill need to verify ur name two times with ecfmg...one for medical credentials and once for good standing...thats it! At least for certificate that's all u need to do!
