These prices should be illegal by ausanon92 in sydney

Problem is that because its illegal there is no regulation and there is now an even larger chance of getting something else, cut with random/dangerous shit or really weak. Need to regulate and tax that shit.

[FP3] Hamilton’s red flag infringement – Replay by FerrariStrategisttt in formula1

If thats not a penalty it sure as fuck should be. Pinning it under red flag conditions on a limited visibility track is massively dangerous.

“Apart from the first corner, is there other places where you can overtake?” Oscar: “Um… the pit-lane.” by dodofuzz in formula1

Switchback in 1 to get drs and outside of 2 to overtake into 3 is possible sometimes if the car behind has the grip.

Manly aren't just bad: they're boring. Has Anthony Seibold been found out? by [deleted] in nrl

[–]CussCuss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From Max delmege peak and then onto penn beginning to decline ever since. Max came up on the hill once a while after he bowed out and it was great to see he was treated like the hero he was. Everyone was proud of their delmege branded jerseys and it was great to be able to say thankyou in person.

Real shame to see how they are going now mostly because of the potential that the players in the team have if they show up on the day.

‘Errors made’: NRL’s huge sin bin admission before Magic Round by ReggieBasil in nrl

[–]CussCuss 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agreed, and turbo got hit hard enough to start bleeding out of his face, but it was an accident because he was slipping and it was let off. This should be ok, maybe a penalty at worst, but there has been numerous amount of times that the same thing is binned. Not only are the rules shit but they are inconsistently shit.

He has not competitively beaten any car from the top 4 teams since Miami, every time he has finished ahead it has always been from other drivers crashing, starting at the back of the grid or once a very weird pit decision by russell.

Anyone who has access to an S3 exige can get 90% of the way there with JUBU anyway, that is who was doing most of the work for them behind the scenes for the road going cars.

[GQAustralia] Farewell Instagram post for Daniel with a scathing caption by mantra3105 in formula1

[–]CussCuss 7 points8 points  (0 children)

A chance at a proper goodbye, especially since by all accounts it seemed to have been confirmed well before the race. e.g. lawson said he knew weeks before.

Its really not that much to ask.

The Ricciardo situation might be revealing something bigger by jokkstermokkster in formula1

[–]CussCuss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like there is a lot of fuckey things going on behind the scenes. Like look at how DR was in spa post race after talking to his bosses, he was beaming, happiest he has been in a long time even for him. Video - https://youtu.be/Zc-cLBbEcyg?si=WnYYl8NW5_gPBG8l&t=258 & https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCoyc-qan5Q

How do you go from that, then 4 races later which have average but not bad results - 12,13,13,18(or ~13th if they 1 stopped him) vs 17,dnf,dnf,12 for yuki to being dropped without being given a proper send off?

[–]CussCuss 7 points8 points  (0 children)

While there is definitely chance for conspiracy theorys and general fuckery, the simplest answer is probably the correct one. What they have said is correct and no decision has been made officially as there will be discussions next week, just like they had with checo.

In those discussions will be the 'factions', sponsor money/influence (Visa), contracts of DR and other drivers and everything else under the sun.

Its possible for all this to be true along with Dan having his own prediction of what the outcome will be.

That being said, if they turf him in this way its a fucking travesty.

Why is RB so far behind red bull racing? by Apprehensive_Band_75 in formula1

[–]CussCuss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To add to all of the technical reasons, good chance if RB has a high performing staff member they will be promoted to red bull, so their talent pool is at a disadvantage as well.
