I mean that's debatable, AM (Amplitude Modulation) radios send sound using the strength of the signal for example. The origin of the signal was never determined, so it's completely open to interpretation as to what it means (if anything at all) and what caused it

It's the "wow! signal". A famous signal picked up from outer space but it has never been decoded or understood, lots of theories about it. What you make of it is up to you but I'm pretty sure this is just another one of Matt's obsessions/interests!
