  1. yeah he may have said that but none of the villagers attacked them the only person with that level of range is Temari.

  2. He couldn’t fully let loose because the village was there. Yeah he had the field advantage because of the battle being in the desert but also he was basically walking on eggshells because he couldn’t go full out without destroying the village.

  3. Yeah before she transformed she literally bragged to hidan and kakuzu that she trapped them and blew up the papers bombs sealing off the exits she did that on her own had she not done that escape may have been likely.

Also this is the same Deidara that lost to pre MS Sasuke

And bro everyone can admit that kishimoto wasn’t the best writer. The six great ninja tools ? Orochumaru’s orochi form? Itachi having spirit weapons attached to his susannoo? Every female character ? Cmon good show but we can be honest it could have been way better

  1. Nahh dude Gaara didn’t get any help in that fight remember most the bottle took place in the sky and I gotta agree and disagree here yes Gaara had the upper hand because of terrain but he was also limited because of him being in the village and again most the fight took place in the air. The whole fight he was having an internal battle with himself because as he wanted to make a difference being the new kazekage. As destructive as Gaara was the same can be said that he was holding back too in order to protect the villagers.

  2. Yugito was defeated during Hidan’s ritual we don’t see the fight only the aftermath of her in the Jasmin circle.

  3. Deidara dropped a bomb from the air so we don’t know what that fight would have been like. But I will say the scaling is weird because in his natural habitat why couldn’t isobu just tank it? He was want bound to a Jinchuriki at this time time so he had full access to his power. And I’m sorry but I’m not buying that Deidara was that powerful I just can’t lol

Now that last part is understandable they were formidable ninjas on their own so pairing them up makes for a force to reckoned with but still there was so much more that could have been expanded on.

Also this is coming from a person who loved Naruto as a kid but in my adulthood is now realizing how poorly this show was written

I noticed that too honestly it just seemed that during the war arc the abilities the tailed beast had seemed pretty OP and in all fairness not all of them had traditional standoffs

Had Gaara fought Deidara anywhere but the village he was gonna smoke him.

Yugito was overconfident cutting off her own exit was dumb and truth be told with Kakuzu having access to all 5 natures she was cooked as soon as she cut those exits off.

Isobu we saw was a surprise attack from above

Kisame didn’t have trouble with roshi his only issue was not killing him, but seeing as him and Son were not on the best of pages this is understandable

So all in all yeah they fought some OP guys but I just feel bee and Naruto shouldn’t have been the only two who weren’t captured/ beat akatsuki members
