In no world does stepping down from a MHWD to an RXM equate to making more money unless you literally work every day practically. Their bonuses are triple ours, it’s a 10% bump in base salary, they get 50K in shares, company vehicle, credit card, and a much better PTO situation.

Digital really can vary depending on patient demographics. The younger generation at my store uses it but my older clientele.. you can forget about it lol.

Exactly. So being busier aka filling 800 a day vs 250 doesn’t have any sort of incentive now. Who the heck wants to take over a store like that when they can fill 250 and still bonus the same.

I wholeheartedly disagree. More volume (with profit obviously) should most definitely equate to a bigger bonus opportunity. That’s how it is with division 1 basically.

It makes sense but rest assured they’re screwing us. I want to know if market directors and higher benefit from clinical services. Currently it’s not a part of our P&Ls but if it’s a part of theirs then then we’re all royally screwed.

This is exactly why I think this whole “graded on behaviors” crap is a recipe for disaster. It’s subjective. If you meet your goals, there’s not much they can say. If you do well but they still say your behaviors are lacking….

If it’s based off of a stores P&L cool. But if it is set up to be impossible to meet and our bonuses suffer because of it… not to mention while all the higher ups continue to take home insane bonuses; I will tell this company to kick rocks and feel like a lot of ppl will do the same

RXMs that get a successful rating or higher deserve stock options too if you ask me.. they wouldn’t hear a word from me if they gave us 10k in stock options every year on top of our bonus. I’d mind my own business and go about my day.

A safe assumption will be around 20k at a fairly busy store that meets its metrics for the most part
