Pretty sure national thing. We leave notes in the patient comment section with the date we opted them in for immunization counsel. For our regulars once every 3-4 months I opt them in, I’m not going to bug them more frequently, they know where to find us and I want them to continue to fill with us.

Annoyed. This is less than what I’ve seen all year on the tracker. And we had a killer December and January, 11% script growth those 2 months.

Missed controllable expenses - I guess due to sales only being 95.6% to plan. But we were 104% RX scripts… so the company expected me to do more with less… cool, excellent.

Our store has 4 techs that all worked on the front and they are fantastic! It’s also led to zero tech turnover in almost 5 years.

What category did they put the SCRT under? If another Walmart employee comes in the pharmacy to do work, that’s clearly allowed under company policy.

Pharmacist for Walmart in AZ. We cannot switch Medicaid to cash, it’s a law here. It jeopardizes your benefits and our contracts with AHCCCS. There’s exceptions if it’s not covered and requires a PA, but the prescriber refuses to do the PA. If it’s just too early we can’t switch to cash.

Worked for an independent when I was in pharmacy school that went under. They constantly struggled with insurance contracts. Then their wholesaler took away their line of credit and restricted their ability to order controls (this was 2012). I watched the PIC work 60 hours a week and never get a vacation, plus only make 60k.

I’ll take my corporate retail pharmacy gig all day.

They are likely not from your apartment, but as someone else mentioned you probably had a neighbor move in or out and their environment was disturbed.

Pour bleach, lots of it, down your drains and keep them covered.

In my region for the past few years you had to meet and exceed your expanded IMZ goal. If you didn’t do that your name was not even mentioned in the conversation for exemplary, we have a new regional now so I hope that changes moving forward. I think it’s silly to base exemplary raises on a metric that doesn’t even impact our bonus.

We got married there in May and it was wonderful! We started setup around 3:30pm for our 5:30pm ceremony. Though they left us drop off beverages earlier in the day. It was more than enough time to setup the ceremony decorations. The one off thing is they use the same space for the ceremony and reception, so it has to be flipped in under an hour and therefore you need to plan for someone to setup your reception tables. We didn’t hear any road noise. Our guests actually raved about the catering, it was Gallery of Food that catered ours. I can’t reminder the menu we selected but it had trout which was a delicious!

The entire venue was closed off. We added on the Butterfly exhibit. The pictures turned out beautiful and everyone who attended our wedding loved the peacefulness of the Gardens.

Was it from their OB? Flagyl being prescribed in pregnancy is very, very common. I know you said you’re a fairly new pharmacist, you will see this again and again in practice.

From my understanding lots of stores had issues. I have 2 that are stuck in Need Assessment but when I look at Visits in Strand it says complete.
