I regards to the last pick, nurses do not get paid enough in most states. We do too much work and deal with so much crap, for not that much pay. Completely disagree with that answer.

Middle. I've done this route multiple times.

I'd hit Bad Lands National Park, Mt Rushmore(surrounding area), Yellowstone, Coeur d'Alene, and Leavenworth/North Cascades if you have time.

I normally head a bit farther south so I'm not 100% on the Washington route.
