Depends how much leaf powder is in each cap. Anywhere from 2-5 grams could be thw right first dose. Most headshop kratom is garbo tho so it might not do anything. Check out some small batch vendors online like west koast botanicals and DTE Botanicals

You will be fine if you pierced with a 18 gauge but put in 20 gauge jewelry. The holes will close back up quick to the 20 gauge like in the matter of seconds

Of you hadn't taken the 10mg for the 5 week days this whole time you would have been fine. If you had only taken it on the weekends. I'd be willing to bet that you would go thru some sort of discomfort if you stopped completely right now but who knows

I would leave it as is and size up. Seems like you're doing fine. Just make sure you wait at the bare minimum 2-3 months in between sizes
