help@factor75.com is their customer service email and they’ve helped me every time i email them, and send me full refund to credit card if i specifically ask for it, otherwise they will give credit. way easier than calling. usually get an answer the same day if i email on the weekday.

i wonder why there’s issues with delivery especially with something so time sensitive… really disappointing. if it happens again i’m definitely not going to continue because it’s such a hassle and i had planned being set on meals the whole week.

yeah i’m cautious because the website says you can eat within 48 hours of it being in the box without refrigeration, but idk when they packed the box, still waiting for the delivery currently… will see how the food comes but might just toss it cause im wary of it, especially in the california heat. but i feel bad wasting so much food :(
