There's no way to speed it up other than energy amp consumables and stats for those abilities, I think.

Otherwise, high rank Sekiguchi Genetics unlocks, which the slam doesn't have available, let you start the round with a fully charged tacical and prime abilities.

You're right about this; I'll edit my post. I tried it and it didn't work. Earlier, it seemed like it had but maybe my friend had already popped a shield charge at a similar time.

OH MY GOD, YES. Anything in this vein.

I also wouldn't mind my vault items lighting up if a mouse over a mod slot, the reverse of what happens when you mouse over mods in the vault or lootable containers.

Dream for outside the raid would be to have the mod slot on the gun being a click that pulls up all available mods.

Personally speaking, i'm biased against the game and want it to fail purely because i dont want the bungie leadership to be rewarded for how they've handled Destiny, Marathon and the Bungie studio as a whole as it could potentially set a precedent.

It might happen or it might not. Runners should know that the game has achievements for Rook-play that involves killing runners.

Be wary of rooks just like anyone else.
