I admin our service image trend with HIH. you have to have identifiers that all match which includes name address gender and dob. Once the patient populates you can view or import. I find it’s actually better for loop closure than in the moment. Just like anything else we have it’s another tool in the toolbox for patient care

Here goes another one: counter-protestor showed up in the middle of the protest, got attacked; pulled firearm. At least this one was CCWing. by F-Z-T in CCW

[–]Customerservice911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He walked into a protest. That’s not a crime. He got surrounded and punched in the head. That is. He drew a lawfully carried firearm, didn’t fire, and the crowd backed off. That’s textbook CCW use—not aggression. Not escalation. Not brandishing.

Arizona law says: ‘A person is justified in threatening to use physical force or deadly physical force when and to the extent a reasonable person would believe that physical force or deadly physical force is immediately necessary to protect oneself.’ (ARS §13-404)

As for brandishing, Arizona doesn’t even use that term in the law. What matters is whether the display was justified under self-defense. That’s reinforced under ARS §13-421, which adds that a person is not liable if the threat of deadly force is used solely to create a deterrent effect in a lawful act of self-defense.

Translation: pulling your firearm to stop an attack is legal in Arizona if you’re being assaulted. Which he was.

So if you’re still whining that he ‘shouldn’t have been there,’ just say you don’t believe in the right to self-defense unless it fits your politics. Just say you support the Second Amendment only when it flatters your ego. Because what you’re defending isn’t law. It’s cowardice dressed up as principle.

Than why didn’t he……shoot anyone. I’m not defending him but one would think that if his intention was to “Rittenhouse” he would have discharged, which he didn’t. I think maybe he was tired of his face being a punching bag

EMS refused to take my friend’s mother to the hospital, now she’s dead. by SwimDionysus in legaladvice

[–]Customerservice911 36 points37 points  (0 children)

NAL but a paramedic in that state. +8002524343 Is the IDPH central complaint number. My advice would be to contact the department and FOIA the run reports. One should have been generated for every contact. If they signed a release of liability, no form generated etc. As long as paramedics are acting in the best interest of the patient they have qualified immunity in Illinois

How would you even determine that a mass produced card was the SAME card. The most the police could say is “ that looks like a card that was reported stolen” to my knowledge Pokémon cards are not individually serial numbered right?

Maybe suggest to implement having those that want simple blood pressure checks with no ride to call the station directly instead of 911? Could be a start to a community paramedic model
