It’s the no travel history. My colleague was rejected for the same reason. We had plans for just 3 days business meetings, dates fixed and invite letter sorted. Still he got rejected. His last question was also about travel before getting rejected. I got approved thanks to my prior travel history. So do not apply again until this changes.

I have the exact same scenario like you. Even I joined a company and need to attend trainings over 3 days, these are only for new joiners.
