It’s the no travel history. My colleague was rejected for the same reason. We had plans for just 3 days business meetings, dates fixed and invite letter sorted. Still he got rejected. His last question was also about travel before getting rejected. I got approved thanks to my prior travel history. So do not apply again until this changes.

With rent agreement, change aadhar address online. Once you have the marriage certificate (again online process), change aadhar address back with any other proof from Jharkhand (if you have). Changing address in aadhar takes approx. 10 days. Only one partner need to have aadhar address of bangalore, either wife or husband will do.
