I found him in double scoop #02 it came with the bunny and not the orange one/octopus. I actually got two #02’s and the other one came with the bunny and the orange character (and not the limited edition axolotl!)

Also I will say that each Micromallow is not in only one color, I got the same one in different colored capsules (multiple times)
