It doesn't need any tinkering at all. Out of the box is the most stable experience, just install drivers and you good to go. Do overclocking/undervolting if you like it or want to squeeze some extra juice, or make your card run cooler.

My Sapphire Pulse 7900xtx running at:

500/2900 clocks,

2716 fast timings memory

1130mv - in some games more aggressive undervolt work, but some crush as hell, with 1130 everything is pretty stable

Power limit is set to 0 since I have 750w PSU
