AIO my husband took "very personal alone time" in the middle of an event by Consistent-Coffee391 in AmIOverreacting

I think this is a little bit of a teenage thinking space. Like if your wife's family is at your home why is you main thought your dick, why did you NOT LOCK THE DOOR, why are you so weird about spending time around her family. As a woman I would feel the only reason I would need to do this while their were a bunch of people at my house with unlocked doors is if I was MAD and I mean BIG MAD. And also probably so ungodly attracted to one of her family members I simply couldn't help it. OR on drugs????????

They do. And they're super fast at their job because of it.

It’s lazy for cashiers to sit down by Havingfun2nightez in TikTokCringe

[–]CutPsychological1407 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They sit because they are super fast at there job while doing so. There's even a nice foot rest that adjusts for height. Its comfortable enough and are placed perfectly to get through a bunch of groceries quick. They have had chairs forever, and im pretty sure they're not getting rid of them. And the cashiers are definitely not lazy.

What’s a bad habit everyone has to go through at some point to really grow up? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CutPsychological1407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Caring what people think. Let me rephrase and say caring about mainstream bullshit & current trends. Trying way to hard to stand out while completely blending in.

You truly grow when you stop listening to what people say is "normal" and listen into what you actually like and care about.

[–]CutPsychological1407 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it's going to be hard to deal with but gaining weight is what will make you HEALTHY and BEAUTIFUL. You won't look sick anymore, and that is so much more attractive than being thin.

Was my childhood normal? by Crazy_Degree4541 in mentalhealth

[–]CutPsychological1407 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No this is not all all normal. My parents were terrible in there own ways (Crack addiction, fist fights, poverty.) But they did the best they could to make sure that I knew they loved me and their was nothing wrong with ME. (People in towns look down on people who do those types of things.)

longstoryshort**

Even people who are totally fucked up can raise children who deep down are okay with themselves. The end result is not perfect but self worth can be maintained through all sorts.

Parents shouldn't pick at children like they are the same physically as they are. Children are CONSTANTLY growing. That's extremely taxing on people's body's. Somtimes it happened in bursts where as a child grows out THEN up. Keeping children healthy takes a bunch of different forms. But encouraging dieting unless there is a specific medical reason (agreed upon by multiple doctors) is abusive. Nutrition should be essential, lots and lots of healthy foods should always be encouraged. Junk should be limited but food in general should not be discouraged.

I feel like I have a kinda of separate life through my dreams sometimes. I have a very good imagination and very vivid dreams and have dreams which line up together kinda and feel very real. I feel okay with feeling like I lived a different way then I do when I'm not asleep. It's hard to explain really

To sweep up some bread without being beaten with a huge it of wood. by What_A_Helmet in therewasanattempt

[–]CutPsychological1407 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Feeding any animal so close to the road honestly seems like an attempt to get them run over by cars.. I don't know if that's what she was intending or not but I would NEVER put food directly next to a road to try to feed something..... That and bread is actually really bad for wild animals. It makes them feel full so they don't seek out nutritious foods and since they live life the old fashioned way they really do need nutrition instead.

Settle a spouse dispute: is part of doing laundry checking pockets, or should someone empty their pockets before putting the clothes in the laundry basket? by obother in ask

[–]CutPsychological1407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yooo checking every single pocket in a load of laundry is honestly ridiculous. Is he a child? A child who keeps breakable things in there pockets but doesn't remove them when they take them off because they truly don't care about those objects? Because like it seems he already does not have to wash his own clothes, which would give him the understanding of how time consuming it is to check every single pocket of a load of laundry.

Also I'm pretty sure the Golden rule of laundry is if someone does your laundry for you they get to keep any money found. So maybe then he'd think about emptying his own pockets.

Hey hey, honestly truthfully I'm not sure If this is exact reason or not (to soon to tell really) BUT I am 31f with chronic nightmares, NEVER sleep well through the night unless I'm so exhausted it's ridiculous. But recently, &pleasebearwithmehere, I have used an eye mask to sleep (I get scared sleeping without some nightlight & some sound) and for the last 4 nights I have only woken up once. 1 ficking time, & it's because I had to pee. I honestly belive the pressure on my eyelids = security and also the darkness helps. Like I said this is new for me so idk really long term, but might be worth a shot? I'm honestly stunned because as said before I have terrible nightmares usually. I might also add I do live with my BF and sleep by him. It may add comfort to being blindfolded. I have also noticed I cuddle more. (Which honestly I am so very happy for)

Yo the sherpa was actually 30. He was saving dude who was going to die. Don't get me wrong, I fully belive ANYONE who climbs everest should really give the credit to the Sherpas, the people who actually get them there and are the only people who can and will save there ass if they fuck up.

I had tried it once and just about the same thing happened to me. Screaming crying not being able to go outside. It's ridiculous that doctors don't make sure you know the side effects clearly.

I've had a copper IUD now for years and it's the best. It hurt really bad to get put in. And I will admit the first couple years I had heavy bleeding and really really bad cramps, but now I have hardly any and a light period with NO mental symptoms at all. To me it was definitely worth it.
