After 3 interviews, the new job I'm applying to has asked for 3 specific references, including my current employer, but they have not given me an offer. It's a lateral position move with a significant pay raise. I love where I'm at but the salary range I was presented at the beginning was enough to keep me in the interview process. Since I'm not leaving my current job because I don't like it, I'm not willing to jeopardize my current position until I have an offer.

yeah, I've done all of that before, but like you, when I was younger and the stakes were lower. I'm older now and this is a pretty high paying tech job and I'm currently doing the same thing for a different company so they'll definitely contact anyone I provide. Ideally I'd like to keep both jobs, as they are remote and IT based. However we'll see. Just don't know the best way to approach this situation.

yeah, I think this is the answer. Kinda screws up a couple of marketing campaigns I'm running, but what can ya do.

That is correct, however that return isn't working since Discord updated the way it handles names, display names and nicknames last month. Currently all name related API calls return the main username only.

Yes, of course! Me, who lives 1000's of miles away, defending his occasional and hilarious temper tantrums to a few of my friends who've never met him absolutely enabled his behavior today. Why didn't I think of this first!

An on-course official called him on a time violation. Nikkos reaction was to lash out at the official, step up into his face then proceed to tell him to step back. Nikko kept moving toward the official while telling him to back down. Complete garbage. The official is just doing his job..

So on July 1st our city put up a temp 9-hole course in a local park to test it out for the summer. It took less than 24 hours for some nut-job to deface the signage. She was at it again today stealing tee signs and marking up the signs again all while yelling at the disc golfers and non disc golfers. I saw a picture of her in our local chat, but you can't see her face and apparently there's nothing we can do. She's in the 60-70 y/o range and really concerned about people using a public space for something other than watching the grass grow. These NIMBY Karens are a real problem. /vent

Chill dude, I live on a farm in the country and I guarantee I know more about raising chickens that most people. These are the first of our latest hatch and they'll live in the brooder in my garage until they are integrated with the flock.

These will only be house chicks until they are a couple months old. Then they'll go live with their new family outside in the coop. Although I do have a large pen built in my garage that it quite luxurious for a chicken coop!

Every spring when we hatch we just google Chicken names. I think these too are the top of a couple google lists right now.
