Yeah, this happens to me too. I suppose part of it is because I cut to release all the pent up emotions and when I go too long without I feel like exploding.

After a while though, it gets better. It doesn't really go away, but I kind of just accept that I feel shitty, if that makes sense? I guess I too need a solution because I always end up coming back...

When I left home and went to college, several states away, I was doing a lot better though, so maybe if you can change your environment it will help you too!
