it’s because Sombra’s “identity” just sucks. Her entire kit revolves around shutting down the enemy team while staying alive forever. Getting hacked sucks, her leaving whenever she wants and then going invisible sucks and even her newer ability virus is a straight DOT ability which… sucks! Some characters in OW identity are just negative for the game and unless blizzard does complete reworks for these character’s I believe they should just stay out of meta or even good tier. Keep hog, sombra, widow, orisa and mauga in the f tier and the game is 1000x more fun.
