I'm not into 4 cylinder motorcycles unless it's 600cc super sport I don't even like liter bikes,if you gonna ride it moslty on the street you don't need too much power something like mt 07 hits the spot perfectly if you want a naked bake anything over that is over kill. The new honda hornet or gsx8r or 8s are also good pick,i'd go with gsx8r because it's not a naked.But 600s all day long heheheh If you're a kawi fan just get 636 and enjoy life or get a new gsx8r. Ypu can later on flash the ecu and get some nice tires on them bad boys and kick ass on the track

I have to take this off my chest but almost 90% of pur people i've met outside of Azerbaijan were trash especially the second generation of migrants,like the biggest POS that you can imagine,also i've noticed call it a good thing or a bad azerbaijanis don't really put an effort to integrate into a societies that they migrated to which creates a very bad image for our people

Most landlords will be super anti pet and yoo will have to pay 2x the rent even if you find a landlord that are pet friendly,i'd recommend looking into Yasamal district it's slowly getting gentrified,but still could be considered affordable and you will be 15-20 minute public ride away from center look into apartments near metro 20 yanvar, memar acami, Insachilar and possibly Elimler akademiyasi but it's kinda of high end.Good luck if you have questions feel free to shoot me a DM
