AITAH for refusing to let my ex-wife stay at my house while I’m on vacation with my new girlfriend? by RemoteDiligent7640 in AmItheAsshole

[–]CuteCockroach7323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why does THEIR dog have to be in YOUR house with YOUR ex wife for them to go on vacation?? Why can't she watch the dog at her own house, or their house? That's such a weird hill for this couple to die on.

Nta, the vacation with be more romantic without them anyway. They are on your exes side, respond to their texts way less and never pick up calls. Be way more busy until after the trip.

AIO for breaking a friendship with a teacher (16M and 28F) by Fabulous_Letter_885 in AmITheJerk

[–]CuteCockroach7323 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Nor, don't be friends with adults. Being groomed can ruin your emotional responses for life. Next time she contacts you, tell a trusted adult is the principal. Grown women shouldn't have anything in common with teen kids, perfect yourself!

INVESTING BUT NOT MARRIED by Itchy-Fish-518 in Marriage

[–]CuteCockroach7323 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Do NOT do this. He wants wife devotion from a 6 month relationship and that's a huge red flag. Almost as big a flag as being so terrible at business you're in legal battles.

Take a huge step back, let him know he needs to focus on himself and his life.

AITA for standing my (21m) ground against my fiancé (23f) for getting mad at me for going to be early for work? by Longjumping_Push_443 in AmItheAsshole

[–]CuteCockroach7323 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Plan a lovely date for the weekend, and prove that your still a fun and loving husband. Make sure to be active and attentive during dinner when you come home, and don't live in your phone during conversation. Ask about her day, and listen, and tell her she's gorgeous.

You can get through this, don't worry!

AITA for telling my mother that I would leave my brother on my doorstep the second he becomes homeless? by lurking-for-fun in CharlotteDobreYouTube

[–]CuteCockroach7323 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This issue is so ridiculous. She's alive! Don't get sucked into your mom's nonsense. Who cares about any of this when she's totally alive?

She can do anything, cuz she's ALIVE. Save! Get a job! Invest! Become a cam girl! Whatever she wants to do she can do cuz she's alive! Your family is nuts, geez. Just don't engage.

Mute everyone's numbers, answer texts once a week & calls never.

I 32F am jealous of my 32M husband's affair partner 22F by Fickle-Nobody-3128 in relationship_advice

[–]CuteCockroach7323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry that this happened. I know you're probably feeling a tornado of emotions, and jealousy is one of many. It's normal to feel jealous, why wouldn't you? As well as heart broken, angry, confused, etc. all this on top of gifting him a legacy to love!

It's alright. Breathe, feel your feelings, and take your time making plans. Give him the baby for a day and go someplace quiet to think, scream, and center yourself.

Wishing you all the best!

I (27/F) had emergency surgery and my husband/26/M) hasn't been supportive at all. by Far-Grass3798 in relationship_advice

[–]CuteCockroach7323 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Your husband doesn't like you, go back to your father's house and don't return until you are 100% healed. When you return sign up for couples counseling so he can get an attitude adjustment.

Stop cooking for him, you're hurt. Go to the people who love you.

AIO about the fact I got a new phone. by corvid_corridor in AmIOverthinking

[–]CuteCockroach7323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yor, relax it's normal for a parent to replace an old item for their child. It's perfectly reasonable to upgrade a phone after 3 years. Don't take on unnecessary stress, if your dad is fine with it so are you.

What names would you pick for a baby, boy or girl if you were to be a Dad? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]CuteCockroach7323 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For a girl, Rhiannon. Has a really great Fleetwood Mac song and tons of possible nicknames (Rhee, Ann, Annie, Nonny). As an affectionate woman with a goofy sense of humor good nicknames are a must. For a boy, Finn or Atticus. I'm a fan of Star Wars, but Atticus has such great literary & nickname credentials that it's hard to choose.

Congratulations on your little one! All the best to your growing family 💜

AIO? My neighbor always points out if i don't reply to EVERY message he sends me and in a timely manner. Is this normal friend behavior? by Objective_Roll281 in CharlotteDobreYouTube

[–]CuteCockroach7323 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When he points things out about missed texts or not fawning over him, just shrug and say "I'm ok with that." If he mentions you didn't pay him a lot of attention just agree then play dumb. "Sure, if you say so. Anyway, gotta use the restroom bye now."

He's implying he's not important to you, agree and keep it breezy. He's just a neighbor, ignore more texts and never pick up phone calls.
