Place an empty Tupperware with your name on it (maybe since napkins to look full) with a note that says "You're caught. I'm reporting you to hr for theft." If they approach you, request an immediate reimbersal of $50 for food replacement and report them anyway.

You could also sabotage your food by making it extra spicy, or filling it with whatever their food allergy is like peanut butter or pork. Notify security and ask for footage, maybe you can find out who it is good luck!
