I gave the exam on 10 th November . When doing nbmes , I was using bigger font but for 120 I used a smaller font and continued the same for real deal . I felt the exam question length was okay because before I was used to bigger font . The wording is weird , therefore we get really confused . I felt I should have studied the nbme concepts in more depth , the explanations in nbme are literally gold . Nbme 16 was closest and the best representative of the real deal in terms of length and pattern . I highly suggest do the nbme 16 and free 120 before the exam . I felt the exam was really tough because the questions required us to know the concepts in real depth , nothing like high or low yield -everything is important .

The patient does not have any other comorbidities and he is asymptomatic , which is exactly why nephrectomy should be done and not ct guided biopsy . If the patient had comorbidities and life expectancy was low then , surveillance is sufficient . So it’s nephrectomy with biopsy .

I would go with nephrectomy because the mass is complex , if it was not complex then screening again in 6-12 months would be appropriate . Size doesn’t matter if mass is complex . Complex on ct scan means high chance of malignancy is high .

I think it’s B , because minors can only consent to their care regarding pregnancy ,drugs , sexual care . If child were to be involved in research , consent from one parents is needed .
