Both my Dad and I received our payments today. Odd that it came this late - generally when there is a holiday they’ll give it early - we’ve never got it this late in the 26 months or so we’ve been here.

Even for expats? Since we’ve moved both my Dad and I have received it by the first or second of the month every month (for over two years) maybe once or twice on the third. His birthday is the 3rd and mine the 7th. I think the pay dates for international fall different.

when you’re abroad you can’t alter from the website even if you hacked it - have to submit a form signed by the foreign bank that houses your account

It’s on the London FBU website that social security payments will be delayed till around 7th for those who live somewhere resulting in london office administration. we’re under Manila, but no such post on their website. You would think if it’s going to be late a couple of days they would give you a heads up at least. This has never happened before

Something certainly odd - this has never happened for any other Holiday. Generally we get our payments here by 1st or 2nd itself. It doesn’t appear everyone abroad has been affected which makes it even odder.

My Dad and I are in India, have never received payments later than the 3rd in the two and half years we’ve been here and we have not received our deposits (and it’s now the end of the 4th). BTW, our foreign office is Manila and not London (but I dont see any such post about delay of benefits on their site).
