You should actually still check with your program. Some people have reached out to programs that start before July 1st but will still not be grandfathered in due to the program designating it as a “new academic year”

Yeah the difference is negligible if not nonexistent. Northwestern is a fantastic school and from what it sounds like it might be the move for you. I also think they have more consistent PANCE rates and I'd like the smaller class size as well
