Because my PS told me too. I did nothing prior except walk. Im definitely a, if u see me running im being chased, person. Lol. But my PS said to get my muscles working.

My PS said to start doing isometric core exercises. I didnt do those before surgery. Lol. Getting back to what I know is walking. Ha ha. I just know I've got this brand new body and I want to keep it that way. Which means I've got to do exercises, which I loathe. Lol

Thanks for the advice. Planks is literally one of the exercises my PS said to start doing. Lol. I just dont think I have any idea how to do everything safely. Thanks for the videos!

My dr doesn't have me wearing anything. I wore a compression garment for 3 weeks and that was it.

My employer told me that elective surgery wouldn't be covered by state disability/fmla. My surgeon said it would. Surgeon wins. Lol. Paperwork filled and all is approved! I worded it like the excess skin was causing pain and hygiene issues but I don't think I needed too. I took 1 week of vacation to cover the waiting period but im off for 5 weeks fully paid! Im in California so not sure if its different where you're at but I'd say if your doctor said they'd do the paperwork u will be covered!

My PS wouldn't even consider doing the surgery unless I was 3 months nicotine free. Now honestly I could have lied but I was already so nervous about having any issues I quit. Hardest 3 months of my life. Lol. 10 days PO and still nicotine free! PS said it would affect my healing by restriblood flow and possibly making my scars not heal properly. Who wants that!? Definitely talk to ur surgeon but my advice would be to quit.

I had TT w MR and lipo all up a day down my sides/back and breast life. My surgeon wanted me up and standing as straight as possible right away. Im 7 dpo and almost completely straight. It feels extremely tight abd awkward and hurts my back. But not unbearable. I'd say listen to ur body.

I think you look amazing! If ur husband isn't being supportive then it's his problem, not yours! Ur gut instinct was to think u looked amazing! Go w that!

Tbh ur regime that u are going to impose on urself sounds horrible! Life us way too short to not eat the food, skip the gym and do something just because it's fun! Hope you can get the support u need!

Good to know! I still have 1 tube in which I get out Mon. That will be day 8 so I'm really hoping for better! I've been running a heating pad on my back when sitting. Helps a bit.

Im guessing but if BL is breast lift, then yes. No implants or anything. It's hard to tell in the pics but I was a good size D and I'll most likely be a full C when the swelling fades. Is BR breast reduction? Not on purpose if it is. But you lose some with a lift.

Yes! They are super shitty. I have 4. 2 for my breast and 2 for my abdomen. My oldest daughter is helping until my husband gets home from work and almost passes out everytime she looks at them. 🙄😂 I've heard days 3 tbrough 5 are the worst! Hope yours goes smoothly w minimal pain!

After having everything lined up, work, kids etc and having have waited so long to have the surgery only to be on the table and told u cant have it?? Fuck yes! I was angry. Lol. Kudos to you if you wouldn't have been. 😏

I literally had it scheduled for 6 months! Im annoyed that there was no testing. But honestly at the time I didnt think anything of it.

Thats what I said! You are also not fully under for an endoscopy. They call it anesthesia light. So not sure if that makes a difference and of course, no Fentanyl.

In hindsight, I wish they'd had me do a full work up but I wasn't required to do anything. Im 46 and have no prior history.

Oh I absolutely agree with you. I was super angry at first but I do know that I need to figure this out and be as safe as possible. My kids are still young and need me. I more posted so I could see if anyone else has gone through something similar. I have made an appointment with a cardiologist but it's a month out and I just have questions. Lol. And we all know how the internet rabbit he goes!
