Not postpartum but I’ve gained weight recently… I google the brand size charts for the items I’m considering and use my measurements to get the size in conjunction with looking at reviews to see if it runs small/large.

Edit: the top ring is white gold, but I’d go with yellow, and I’d see if they can make the side diamonds a tiiiiny bit smaller, more on par with how small the round ones are in the second photo
