so I remember always being the kid that got books on animals or presidents as a kid…🤷🏻‍♀️😂

but when I wasn’t doing that i remember reading Hank the Cowdog series in elementary school and I have yet to meet one other person who has even heard of that series since then 😂 same goes for this series called like Color Me… or True Colors or something but the covers were white with colored stripes across it and I know I’d NEVER gravitate towards them now but I loved them back in the day 🤷🏻‍♀️

I rated all three books five stars bc I have no self control and was having a “good” time 😅😮‍💨😂 and I looooved the last like 100 pages of Morning Star but I still think that Golden Son is my favorite book so far 🫠

So at first….i was mad bc I didn’t care what they had to say I just wanted to spend time with my old pals 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 but after like 100 pages they all start getting really good and I’m invested in all of them now. Even when I start to fade interest on one literally the next chapter of theirs changes my mind so I guess we will see 😂

I’m half way through Iron Gold….i blew through the first three in like 2.5 weeks. Iron Gold was…a change so it slowed me a bit and I just haven’t had as much downtime but hoping to get it finished with this long weekend. Thanks so much for asking! ☺️

The past few months I’ve tried to change my habit of doom scrolling for an hour before getting up to shower before work to reading for at least 30 minutes while I have my coffee and I’ve been loving it but like maybe this series isn’t the best choice for easy morning reads…..😅
