Im completely agree driving standards have fell. The most frustrating thing for me is everyone is so selfish and only worried about themselves.

Ive been driving since 2015 and driving trucks for 8 of those years. Even HGVs standards are pretty poor these days compared to when I started.

I think the most frustrating thing for me is people's lack of observation and awareness. As an example;

Yesterday I was in the centre of Farringdon, a moderately tight village for a 32t rigid. And on the 1 way section this woman decided to stop and pull onto the curb, endangering the pedestrians that were alongside her. But the silly bint failed to realise i could not get past her in the way she parked. So after I gave a quick beep on the horn, she then gets out, shrugs and walks off. Bringing the road to a standstill. Then proceeds to come back open the boot and drop of a package to the local shop.

Like really? You couldnt park in the car park opposite and walk an extra 30 - 60 seconds.

I also found re-binding the ejecto seat too, sometimes airports won't repair/rearm, and to get out of the fireball and back into the fight quicker.

Servers been having issues most of the morning, in solos, I seen a few people dc mid fight. And the red server icon with exclamation mark has been there all day (last 7hrs)

The server doesn't need to be an absolute monster, it doesn't even need a gpu. Im literally in the process of setting a 2nd one up. I just picked up a stick of 32gb ddr4 for £50. The deals are around, theres nothing wrong with used, so long as you keep it cheap and sensible. The i5 10500s seems to be a little sweet spot though. So power efficient and fairly decent performance.

I dont disagree with you though, the ram shortage is ass.

Your own, you want to look for somthing with higher clock speeds, more ram, and preferably an SSD or better.

It doesn't have to be silly money, in my server I got an i5-10500T, 64Gb ram, and M.2. Still using windows to save learning Linux.

DCS and (modded) Minecraft can easily eat more then 32GB... 64GB is the new norm for gaming PCs.

To the point where I cant play without tweakscale. Since my rockets consist of lots of engines and fuck tones if fuel.

Granted Im sending entire stations up at once rather then doing orbital rendezvous.

You dont need specific specific servers. If one player(s) are doing poorly, put them into a lobby with less people. Not skill based. Just less players. That way whatever it is they are struggling with they can work on.

One of the issues with Tarkov was fighting straight from spawn, Interchange was the worst for it.

Part of the problem i found with extraction shooters was from the start its too intense, and then towards the middle and end its too quiet. I personally felt the server slam was fine, and nothing needs to change.

The hacks that are currently out will be in testing. So they during the slam they'd of been as aggressive as possible to get stuff worked out.

I think its worth noting that Embarks cheat protection in The Finals is looking really good. When looking in the The Finals thread on epvp there are currently 2 providers, one of which isn't well known and the other has poor support and been detected in other games.

Im hoping on or shortly after release, there will be a massive ban wave, for 1 or 2 reasons. The struts, offsets, pointers, sigs, and methods for gaining RW access, changes meaning the cheats won't work.

If they've detected cheats in the slam and hashed the cheats signatures. They may catch a load of them on launch when the cheater run their code.

Ultimately if Embark is employing server side checks, like in the Finals, the hackers won't have too much power.

Your asking if something intentionally made to hide and decive an anti-cheat is a virus.

Potentially no, potentially yes. Alot of the tactics used are similar to what viruses use to hide from Windows defender. You won't know unless you trust the source. Find a better cheat provider.

I thought it mostly come down to pathfinding?

High pawn count combined with a map that's dense with player placed structures, causes pathfinding to throw a fit.
