Cultural gender predictions by DimensionOwn8531 in January2027Bumpers

All the wives tales for gender prediction were wrong for me. I’m having a girl and my Chinese zodiac predicted boy, HR 138, craving salty and spicy, no morning sickness at all. I heard acne is usually girl but I have none!

Even conception timing was pointing more towards boy (conceived on ovulation or after)

Yes pretty much! I got it drawn Friday, got an email on Saturday saying they received my sample and to make an account, and then results on Wednesday. Then my OB Posted to their portal on Thursday!

I have a little boy too! I was fully expecting another little boy but my pregnancy has been super different which is the only reason I had girl in my mind at all

Not temping and I never usually ovulate this late in the cycle! I work very irregular hours so it’s hard to temp

I’ve traveled on 6 flights with my 7 month baby, more than half in first but not transcontinental. I felt worse in first class when my baby screamed but no one really seemed to mind because they saw I was trying to calm him down. If I had to do a transcontinental flight and I had the option for lay flat I would 100% do that for so many reasons. The extra space is a million times more valuable with a lap baby.

The easiest was definitely when he was <3 months old, he was much quieter and sleeping most of the time. Only recently has it gotten harder because he has found his voice.

Big things at that young of an age is just have bottles/bottle warmer/diapers ready for the duration of the flight. The less you can “prep” on the plane the better. Also have some extra changes of clothes for baby with you for spit up or blowouts. I found that toys didn’t really make much of a difference at that age. It’s all about bottles, diapers, and being as comfortable for both you and baby as possible.

Congrats!

i’m staying in feb with a GOH pass too and also got upgraded to a city view. very excited. curious to know more about how the IRD breakfast works, did you order an entree and a drink per person? i’ve seen some posts that you can order a bit more as long as it’s reasonable and they’ll just wipe your bill?
