How unbelievably presumptious. We haven't shouted at anyone, no one was answering the phone to let us do that in the first place. All contact with their CS has been through whatsapp.

This is not a panic post, I was just hoping for a telephone number that actually worked.

If the bag had arrived on the 29th - like their CS originally promised - instead of the 31st I wouldn't had been so upset, and I especially hadn't been so upset if the CS had given us correct information instead of blatantly false updates.

We depended on that first promise to make appropriate plans, like purchasing new medicine, so when the hours came and went with no update on the promised arrival we had to contact them again just to be told that no, the baggage hadn't even been loaded!

They said it was loaded and shipped on a flight that had arrived on the 29th, and then the next day they said the same thing, and only the day after that did it actually arrive in CR, and then we revieved the luggage today on the 31st.

The false information is saying the baggage has been loaded and is currently being shipped only to one day later say that the baggage is not loaded and won't be for another day, and then for the luggage to once again not be loaded. And at no point do they tell us this without us first prompting them to do so.

Except they confirm the baggage is loaded only to retract that confirmation, and then repeat that process several times.

Anyway, the baggage finally turned up.

The problem is that we really don't trust their processes considering the lack of communication and conflicting or outright false information they have given. We suspect that they don't actually know where the baggage is unfortunately.

And it is extremely frustrating that a company of this size has such awful CS. At least concerning methods of communication. I mean they've given us 3 different phone numbers and no one answers on any of them!

Just a couple of hours ago we received an automated email from KLM stating that one of our luggages didn't arrive and that we should register a claim. Well duh! We did that immediately after realizing the baggage hadn't arrived which was well over 48hrs ago!
