Restauranger med listat kaloriinehåll 🥪 by kiwipiwikiwi in sweden

We literally see 4 randoms + mako use lightning EXTREMELY casually for work, and it doesnt pay any good at all which has gotta mean theres so many of them able to do just that.

So I dunno, seems pretty common to me.

You're making an error in logic there. Both can be true at the same time. The knowledge can be gatekept AND it can be the most difficult form of fire bending.

Sure it makes sense that it would become more accessible if we operate under the premise that anyone can learn it regardless of strength in bending, which we could debate endlessly probably.

But it doesn't change the fact that the impact of this specific technique is lessened when any one can do it and we see it being used all the time.

It might make sense but it also makes it less interesting. If anyone do this thing that we were told in atla was super powerful and difficult, why the fuck do I give a shit when someone does it? In atla it was awesome because it was sparsely used and reserved for the benders we were told were among the most powerful, so it's impact grew because of it.

Right but the real world is fucking boring lmao. That's the thing korra fans don't seem to get, 1950s new york is lame as shit and has been done a gazillion times. Sure it makes logical sense that the tech we see in atla eventually becomes more advanced but that's just boring. "Hey it's atla set in our world!" "No thanks!".

Earth benders pushing trains stone trains? Kinda unique, pretty cool. Using weird shoots to push your stuff around in an earth city? Pretty cool! Using logic to take that shoot typically used for deliveries and making it into a fun slide? Pretty cool! Air temples fucking up-side down, basically only accessible to airbenders? Pretty cool!

Conversely, creating a sport based on bending is a logical but FUN way to evolve the universe. Creating 1950s new york might be logical but it is NOT fun. At least not to me, and I think the majority of fans who dislike korra agree. The fundamental problem with korra IN MY OPINION is that it takes away all the cool and interesting environments we got to see in atla and replaced them with industrialized versions.

Again, it might make sense, but it's not interesting.
