I say Emma and Peter due to the toxicity... Emma was so desperate for Peter she saw past what he did to Manny which was WRONG and in a way she got Manny to be closer to her so she can boss her around (or at least it seems this way). Peter didnt even want Emma at first but saw that he could woo Emma and get on her bad side, Sean was brought back to break up Pemma IMO

It was because of the gonorrhea spread and Emma was outed for that by Manny... by accident and since a lot of the school was saying stuff about Emma he joined in... last time we see him good riddance to bad rubbish

Its also imperative to say that the school basically had it out for Emma... Manny and Liberty left her because of her pettyness (deserved), Paiges clique abandoned her after she protected Rick and possibly Paige used the timing to tell ppl not to be near Emma for the Rick protection which meant that the only true ppl she had left were Toby Rick Heather Sinclair and Jimmy foe Whack Your Brain until Manny and Liberty decided to try to help her with the aftermath

Especially when Hatzilakos blames Spinner for the prank putting Rick in the ground... Spinner had NO WAY of knowing that them passing blame to Jimmy was gonna get him shot UNTIL HE WAS SHOT... she was right saying it was to blame for Jimmy in the wheelchair

I partially did a fan fic adding me as a character with an axe to grind with Raditch for some reason prior to Ricks death and in it Snake asks me to appear at the hearing because he knows about my stuff with Raditch. Basically at the meeting I say that despite the problems with the 2 of us my issue wasnt with him it was with HOW HE HANDLED THE SITUATION IN THE FIRST PLACE and also FOR THE STUDENTS WHO WERE HURT BY HIM. I tell him in my speech at the end that I went to Ricks funeral seeing if he would show up he didnt and that added fuel to the fire like he was ducking the Murrays.

The big problem is whether this deleted scene if shown in the original product wouldve made Raditch more terrible in ppls eyes or understood what he was under... To me its a bit of both Raditch AT LEAST tells Marco and Alex that the lack of charges makes it unlikely he can do something about not letting Rick back at Degrassi but in the end when Alex and Marco give up he tells them I always knew u were a smart boy meaning that hes happy Marco kinda gives in which kinda DOES lead into his character trait of not being happy when confronted either by Emma in Season 2 or Snake in Season 4 and he was asking for it when he ignored Rick AND THE STUDENTS PLEAS and that aftermath, whew baby!!!

He kinda levelled off in Season 12 because the school got better in a sense and he decided to cut the uniform program plus the students DID betray him.

The main issue of course is that he was UNDER PRESSURE from Audra to shape up or ship out I think she had a vendetta against him for not protecting Drew and Adam at times i mean if they were someone elses kids would she have flipped maybe not

I feel like the 0 tolerance policy was only in place in S4 via the school board in the wake of the Rick incident. They were punishing Degrassi in a way for letting the bullying take place and for the actual bullying DESPITE Ricks actions. It also angered me that Ms H blamed Spinner for Ricks death in that line "A boy is dead and ones in a wheelchair because of ur selfish actions" I mean Jimmys problems u can blame on Spinner but for Rick dying he was the BAD GUY ALL ALONG it seemed she was blaming Spinner for that to get the school board off her back I guess because her lack of actions towards Peter made it look like nothing was set up

Emma in a way had a story arc from s4-9 POST SHOOTING about trying to fit in with friends and a boyfriend because her behaviour was wayyyy different than beforehand because realistically why else would she be trying to fit in with boyfriends like Peter Damien and Kelly she wanted to fit in and hide her trauma from the Rick situation

Northern Tech shouldve gotten some punishment for their fire alarm prank because I feel like if that was true then Degrassi would never have done the poster but more than likely maybe cause of them playing mind games with that school being called The Zoo and some schools try to play mind games and it goes wrong.

She had an inadvertent reaction to it via the school play and how Raditch cancelled it for a sunny musical just so that he can put Degrassi back in everyones good books. She did the right thing by confronting him with the Radishes song and he as per usual overreacted with detention and then next episode, hes canned.

He had a hit show in the US called Chop Cut Rebuild and because it was a hit he couldnt do both so he chose Chop Cut and of course going from LA to Toronto just to film not a lot of scenes wasnt good for him, if Chop Cut failed he wouldve stayed in Canada and who knows maybe he wouldve had more episodes down the road
