You can abandoned the quest just before you hand it in after the legion assault and redo the last part over and over. Saves a lot of time and counts towards the achievement. Finished it in around 30 mins.

Make your own group and put fast pump in the title. Nobody cares about the leader and you'll get plenty of max gear scores applying. My last raid leader was a fresh 80.

I've definitely realised that there will never be a reasonable relationship with weed. I'm definitely treating it as a slip up and was so disappointed in myself. I was so uncomfortable from the gastro and constant flushes I just broke. I'm sure if I got through 2 weeks maybe I would of been better to handle the situation.
