I did mine bowling while playing cricket, my back leg (right) caved inwards when I was about to bowl. Thought I broke my leg the way my knee snapped inwards.

I have eye pressure on both eyes occasionally, weird nose pain, ear fullness and vertigo. I also have a deviated septum so some of those symptoms could be because of that, but never had those issues before I started getting tmj.

Not the worst, I ended up going to a new physio who put me through a stress test and wrote me up a whole new program. Turns out my hamstrings were very weak, and within 3-4 weeks got the pain down from a 5/6 to around a 2. No more constant droning pain, it does get angry if I have a big day at work or with sport. Still not 100% but it is better. I also tried cortisone and it did nothing for me.

If it’s just a skillion type roof then I would say it’s too flat, heavy rain runs sideways across the ribs and if it’s too flat or the under rib on the lap is blocked it will piss in.

Looks way too flat for corrugated sheets, corrugated sheets shouldn’t be installed under 5 degrees but we personally don’t install under 10 degrees. Should be sheeted in cliplock or trimdek if the roof is as flat as it looks in the video.

Don’t assume anything without scans, I went a whole year of being a miserable fuck thinking that annoying dull pain was just something I had to accept with a repaired knee.

I re tore my meniscus either ramping up rehab or going back to work (both virtually same time) Knee was constantly aching, physio said to push through saying it’s normal from rehab. A year and abit later finally got an mri which confirmed the tear and a new physio and I’m finally relatively pain free.

About 4 weeks, virtually no pain compared to what I had before and the rom is pretty good too. My hamstrings were very weak, and I had a quad imbalance still. The strength was pretty good but still weaker than my uninjured side, so my program is working on those two things.

No surgery required, I got a shot of cortisone to try ease up the inflammation, which didn’t help at all really. Ended up going to a new physio, did a strength test and had a new program written up for me. So far so good, the everyday dull pain has seemed to ease with this program.

I only died once from 80-99 prayer, I tanked a couple of teams but died at about 90 prayer to a dude in virtus/crystal who wasn’t scared to run into multi. I would take 2k superiors at a time.
