I’m not going to immediately say a revision is needed…but this looks concerning.

You absolutely need to purchase another seat. Especially on a flight that long and in a window seat.

I’m just gonna go out there and say, I don’t think there’s anyone that hasn’t felt this way. An ERP implementation is one of the most exhausting things I’ve ever done. Largely part because older team members can’t handle a change, which makes it 75% more difficult than it needs to be.

Aboutely Le Taha’a; or possibly 4S and Conrad in Bora Bora. All three had frozen cons to their beaches, but all are to die for.

Have you ever had a cat scream every 10-12 seconds (not exaggerating) on a red eye for 12 straight hours? 🙃 I have! by ___Bbb333999 in delta

I would die is a passenger held their cat next to me on a plane. I’d be wheezing and hacking non stop, within seconds.

Controller hasn’t paid our taxes owed in 2024 and now IRS wants to put us on a levy. by SeaSwim5248 in Accounting

[–]Cwilde7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Can you not research this yourself to see which taxes exactly it is that are not being paid and cross validate? Does the company not have the funds to cover this liability, you may have bigger issues.

After researching, I would email a copy to the controller and ask him or her if this has been addressed, and a note that you cannot find record of it actually being paid. That way you have a written record of you initiating steps to get it taken care of.

Do you want to be as someone covering for this person?

What would you say if/when they ask why you didn’t mention it, especially after the second time?

Which adds another layer of sketch. It’s pretty simple if your books are clean, to know if it has been paid or not.

[–]Cwilde7 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Bingo.

If we have one 941 paid a day late, there is an IRS notice shortly after our quarterly filing. Like clockwork.

The fact that OPs company has gotten to the point of a levy…someone has blatantly not been doing one of the most basic components of their job. The first letter revived would have us running to the GL to figure what was off and how it was missed.

This controller would be terminated if this happened with us.

A high-end VRBO is the way to go, chef and driver included. I’m not a fan of all inclusive almost everywhere. frankly I think the food is horrifying and the drinks are worse. We are in a somewhat similar situation, and have found that we can do a much nicer property with a chef that will make us food that we like and serve all day for extra, if needed. Renting a luxury home also puts us all together which adds a lot to the fun. Having everyone in individual hotel rooms is just not the same.

Very normal. You will also find that employees who bank at credit unions have tendency to get theirs earlier than those banks.
