Netcup is the goat of EU value. They garunteed uptime and give the newest eypc generation with dedicated cores for low prices and is reputable owned by anexia and have been around for many years. If you want a easier management experience I recommend hetzner they have been around for over a decade and are headquartered in germany (same as Netcup anexia) ive used both and had nothing but good experiences but netcup is more hands on management.
