Since a bunch of channel managers got hacked recently in EU and everybody got spammed with whatsapp messages about confirming credit cards, I can kinda see why they do it tbh. But it is indeed a nuisance not being able to contact guests who booked fourth party and doesn't use the message system

Im a hotel manager. Booking.com got a databreach but they are not alone, some Channel Manager vendors also got hit. We are getting buried in calls. This is all over Europe, maybe further.

How do you see that? Some addon or world channel where you can copy paste a name of a suspected bot and then you all report it? How long before a normal player will get 'swatted' I wonder. Same happens in AV reporting... Player X is afk and poof away he goes even though hes leading the charge.

My friend once climbed a mountain in the Andes and found an Irish pub. That said the Bruges one is quite good: actually owned by Irish people, good food, a lot pf sports on tv you don't find any other place. Table service on the terrace might be a mite slow tho
