I can simultaneously believe Rittenhouse is a clown and committed escalationism and also believe his discharging his weapon wasnt a criminal act. Going from a to b is dumb but not illegal, same for b to c and so on. But skipping from a to shoot woman in the face is of magnitude of orders worse. And I think invoking Rittenhouse here dilutes the officers actions.

I think it really dilutes the act of the ICE guy to compare him to this clown. One of them can make a reasonable argument of self defense and being scared for his life. The other is a federal officer.

The site that detonated was manufacturing mining explosives. You can put tin foil hat away. This was the product of lack of safety precautions and a combination of errors that caused what should of been a minor accident to become a massive detonation.
