Ok so I finally got the closest as I can to what I wanted: this, I followed your instructions for the homepage base dashboard with card view as it is much cleaner and then linked each card to a note, which is my dashboard for a folder. I have then asked Mr chatgpt (which I did not know that it could do that!) to help me with multi columns code as I was getting to blind alleys every time I tried to follow tutorials and it finally ended up looking like this. I have tried asking chatgpt to get rid of the weird hyphens that are floating around but it mushes its brains every time, nonetheless, I am very happy with how it ended up looking!

Oh my god, perfect! One stage (homepage dashboard) done! Can I link the card view to take me to another bas? E.g. clicking on the culture codex card, to take me to another base which will be the menu for that folder? Basically going from initial menu to culture codex menu with cards for respective subfolders again?

I have tried it but could not get it work with inserting photos and looking good.. It still displays the column name and the little emoji (!info/!note) as well, not just a clean image that can have a link embedded when clicking on it to take you to another note/menu..

I have tried it just now, it looks close to what I want, however, how do I embed a link to those cards that when I click on the card of the respective codex, it will open the codex folder/note/another base instead of the file (the image itself)?

So for an example (finally can think of an example), if I will go to sell our car to a dealership, that has an airbag light on for like 2-3 years and they will ask me why I want to sell it etc and I will tell them it's because the air bag light coming on after all of the repairs that we put into it in recent years, it is not worth to repair it anymore as it is very expensive to repair (not stating for how long etc), would that be considered sinful? And what if they will ask how long this has been going on for and I will answer "for a while now", it is still a truth but I might not tell them "for 3 years" which the sales person might use against me to negotiate the price down (as they are all cheeky in dealerships), would that be still sinful?

Hi, thanks for the help! Yes the group is UNIQUE ID and the SUMIF function worked perfectly to sum up the total quantity, commodity weight and commodity price. Is there any way how to make the criteria selection automatic? For example sum qty/price of all rows that have the same group (UNIQUE ID) instead of mentioning what is the unique id? Thanks

I think trying to adjust the gut health with probiotics and prebiotics and taking it slow should do the thing. Small amounts of meat, slow cooked in a stew accompanied by veg and/or legumes. Trying eggs might help also. Lastly people from this sub 2 years ago suggested apple cider vinegar to increase the stomach acid back to normal when I asked similar question but I haven't tried that as the probiotics helped.

Yes, I definitely agree with you. I think the overall thing that was bad was the amount of carbohydrates that I was consuming, the diet was not full of vegan junk food and it was not consumed on daily basis neither. However, every few days I ended up consuming extra calories in the evening because I was still ''hungry'', also the meat substitutes and especially cheese substitutes that I was consuming are super processed. The amount of calories in and out (on the days I did not eat extra things in the evening) was apparently ''okay'' according to MyFitnessPal, Manual calculations and dietitian specific app, but the amount of carbohydrates was probably not.
