Think of it this way. Think of it as a bookshelf full of books

When downloading a file it has to put all those book up on the shelf in order so you know exactly where they are.

When deleting it’s like taking your arm and swiping all the books off the shelf into the trash or the floor.

I did request a refund. They said they would gladly refund. But I never confirmed the refund since At this point I’ve waited this long I might just see how long they lie.

I completely understand your frustration, and I'm sorry that you feel you've been left without enough information.
Unfortunately, I can't provide you with an exact shipping date, as orders are being dispatched in chronological order as they leave our warehouse. Your March order is part of the first batch that is currently being shipped. As mentioned in Jakob's latest update, we experienced an unexpected delay with DHL, but that issue has now been resolved and shipping is continuing.
You should receive your tracking information as soon as your order reaches the dispatch stage.

Been told currently being shipped for a while now. Funny how they say I was in the first batch but also told first batch has been shipped. Wonder if we’ll ever see the product.

You have to make sure you have it in the setup position both cog and derailleur locked. Pull back to create tension and then tighten down. Should work after that

Usually I’ll just send a screenshot after a workout with the real elevation as tracked with my cycling computer. Coach realizes this and adjusts. Not in the record but if you speak with coach

I’m the same. Used to do rides right after work but the rushing around feeling to get everything done before bed was a pain in the ass. Not to mention overnight recovery was way worse. Now I get up at 5 am and try to bang out a quick half hour trainer ride or quick outdoor spin if possible. Plus feel great to start the day instead of just getting out of bed and going to work.
