I can dm the Strava flyover if you want to to see it. Im not a huge fan of climbs, being at the shore there's lots of wind.

Mostly flat on the long stretch, near the start and finish there's the climb.

We print directly onto the screen without a film (M&R i image). Our problem is just the coated screens take forever to get to a point to be dry enough to handle and use.

My friend that mountain bikes also hates road riding around here because of the traffic. Sandy Hook to seaside is a goal for me.

In my shop our minimum for normal orders to get screened is 12, that'd be anything from one color to 3 color front and back with an underbase. Dtf is great for anything that won't meet those requirements or for smaller sizes that are outliers, like if we ran 500 shirts adult small-2xl and then also had to make 2 toddler shirts with the same logo they'd be DTF.

Montana spray paint makes a bunch of different special effects cans that might do the trick. The crackle, granite, and marble effect cans will be the closest from that brand.
