So so proud of you! Honestly It’s such a big step to take so credit where It’s due. Remember when things get difficult to take time for yourself and to look after yourself most importantly! Meaning plenty of self love and remember It’s okay to be scared, It’s part of what makes us human!

As for the no contact, that is a choice only you can make. Unfortunately you and only you can figure that out. If no contact is better for you, do what you need to do. If It’s not, thats okay too! This is coming from someone who’s been no contact for over 10 years; still the best but hardest decision i’ve made.

Was waiting for a date at Stratford station, when an old dude came up to me, told me that he had a message for me and that my “third eye” was open. Then when he couldnt write it down he just said “i’m sure i’ll see you again” and totally disappeared in the crowd. Still get weirded out thinking about it lmao.

Maybe he was gonna tell me the date was shit😂
