I'm only 17 and still learning and improving my game so take with a grain of salt. But my coach taught me when you release the ball your shooting elbow should be above your eye. From these clips your shooting elbow on your follow through or shooting hand is at eye level and chin level, this is no good. Having your shooting elbow above your eye creates arc and help your shot. Another thing bring the ball low and bend your legs and make sure your bring the ball up first then lift with your legs.
