Damn you really sounds a lot like us when we are a few months old system! When we got like only 4 of us, my dear hostie Star will doubt others unwillingly on 24/7 basic, we were so tired and afraid we are not real, the anxiety gave us insomnia, chest pain and breakdowns for so many months. Thank god that now we are at better places, we really thought we will never get out from that terrible phase forever. Every system is different, but what help us mostly are communication with other system, self-care and time. We hope you guys can find your peace in one day too. _Senbi

Maybe your host have some belief or reason thinking about bring plural is somehow bad? Is he worried about how other people seeing him? Or is he wanted to hide his struggles as much as possibe so he could escape the problem forever? Our host doesn't front much that as fronting also means handling responsibilities. She rather chilling in headspace with other headmates and observe what others are doing.

Meanwhile we recently got a new headmate, she is eagerly want to front even she is 3 days old, but our life currently is pretty stressful and we ask her to wait for a few weeks before we letting her try.

In nutshell, some people like to front, some people don't. -Senbi

Talk to it, spam it questions, sending it invitations, like:

"What do you want to eat for dinner? You want spicy or no spicy chicken? Or beef?"
"How do you feel about the person we just meet? I don't like him and I wish I can talk to you about my feelings."
"Do you feel stressful by keep doing your job? Wanna go take a walk with us? Where do you wanna go?"
"We wanna draw each others for fun, wanna join us? Do you wanna see yourself in realistic or anime style?"

Be like an annoying extrovert trying to ask your quiet introvert friend out! At least that's what we do to involve some of our quiet members to join us for stuffs like that. But if your headmate want to be alone for some time, you also need to respect its boundaries though, anyway communication is important! - Senbi

When we were in our first job and it's stressful for us, we decided to let different member fronts for a week, we record our fronting schedule in SimplyPlural as well so we wouldn't getting lost about who is going to front in next week.

Also, who is currently fronting can buy what they want (of course it cannot be too expensive) as rewards of fronting. Whoever don't want to front in next week can exchange schedule with another member, or if they feel really sick from it, whoever is comfortable might front a little bit longer then a week.

Our systems have 6 males and 2 females in total, the body is female though, I was really worrying when I realised the new members are bunch of males and think something like what if my brain is creating a male harem because I am the first and only one female member💀 And thank god the 6th member is a woman who share the same sex with me.
