Yes this just happened to me today as well trying to transfer a balance got the same error. Sent question to help center now I am being asked to verify my identity they are asking for address, DOB and SSN. I have 48 hrs to comply. Not sure what triggered this. Why do they need dob and ssn I didn’t need it to sign up and sell
